Insert Useless Update Here...
October 17, 1999 - 11:18PM EST
Yup.. I'm a looser.. No New arcade updates.. What can I Say.. Lots of stuff happeneing.. Not a lot of time on my hands..
Actually to bore you with some personal Stuff.. I started taking Hap Ki Do lessons about a month ago.. Who could have though something that didn't involve Arcade Machines or Computers could be so fun. If anyone out there is looking to study a Martial Art, Hap Ki Do is the one to pick.. Trust me. (And if you're really board check out the DoJang where I study, The North American Tae Kwon Do & Hap Ki Do Academy.)
Oh.. and a Hello Goes out to my Aunt Vi, who is trying to get me involved in some freaky webcam thing.. Calm down.. it's all "G" Rated stuff.. :)
Moving Update
July 20, 1999 - 10:55PM EST
Okay.. So this is what's happeneing..
All of the June Updates are in the New Archives.
I trimed a few hundred thousand bytes of code off all the HTML on my pages.. Might make things faster, might not. But it makes me feel better.
Other than that I haven't had ANY new things that I need to tell you people about. I've spent most of July looking for a new place to live, packing (i.e throwing everything away)
Oh Yeah.. I just started playing with MacroMedia Flash. So you can expect a few really wierd things to start happening around here. :)
WOO HOO!

Really on a roll here.. Up to 3 in one month!!! Yee Haw.
Just a short update tonight.. Wanted to let you know that the info on the Quad Jamma Connector is now up and available in the Tech area.. Go Get It.. Just remember to ask lots of questions.. So I can post the answers up for all the other Zoners (such an affectionate term for fans of this page) to read.
Hold your hearts!

Two updates in one month.. Something must be wrong with me! Anyway. Here's the skinny.
- I've changed the Tech Tips section to make it load faster.. Just like I said I would.
- I have also archives all of the really old updates. If you want to read any of them there is a link just above The Story.
- I went through all old the links I had on my page and checked to see if those places really existed.
- This is what everyone has been waiting for.. I will soon be posting an instructional section in the Tech Tips area for the Quad Jamma connector. All of the layouts and parts with full descriptions and schematics. I'm just waiting for my housemate to get back from his little vacation so that I can use my digital camera to make the page complete.
And no one has sent me any suggestions about the site.. I'm still waiting.. :) On a different note.. I found someone that is willing to sell me all 6 pieces of side art for Vendetta. WOO HOO! So as soon as I get that in I'll be taking new pictures of my 4 player cabinet! Thanks to Alan at TNG Sales & Service for finding the art for me!
Holy Update Batman!

Good God.. I know.. I know. It's been a long time since I last updated this page! (August 20, 1998 to be exact) But hey, people go though phases. I had work issues to deal with and the Blah, Blah, Blah.. All that other real life stuff that no one wants to read about! But hey.. I Got the digital camera out and figured I'd update some of the pictures and put up some more Tech Info stuff. Well, here let me lay out for you what I'm up to:
- I'm adding a section in the "Techs" area for power requirements. I've gotten a few people that end up with this situation on there hands "I just got a cabinet from this guy down the street and there is like a foot of junk in the bottom of it! 3 powersupplies, 2 big hulking transformers and a condom rapper from 1984. What out of all this do I need?" So this is addition will be what should be on the bottom of a basic JAMMA machine.
- Well, The Quad JAMMA connector rocked for a while. But allas.. with newer games the voltage drop over hundreds diodes is just too much. I had to get it out of there.. So, In the "Projects" area there will be a new section on "How To Remove A Quad JAMMA Connector". Fortunately, this will give me the chance to clean things up in the back of my Vendetta machine and make it nice and pretty just like the bottom of the Aero Figters cabinet (see above section)
- Over the next month or so, I'll probably start some spring cleaning around the site. Some of the pages could a little (lot) faster, so I'll be breaking up some of the sections (like the "Techs" and the "Projects") into menus so you're not wasting time loading information that you don't need to read again.
- This might fall under the last entry, but what the hell. I'll be adding a "News Archive" area to the bottom of the main page so as to speed up the main page loading.. I'm also really thinking of moving my story to a new area, but you readers are going to have to help me out with that one.. Should I leave the Story on the main page or should I give it a section all it's own. Let me know.
I think that's about it.. If not.. I guess there will be another update.. I'll see what else I can do. Oh, by the way, if you have any other ideas about the site, I need all the suggestions I can get.
Tell me how much I suck! Niobium
